We were impressed with the helpful staff, who provided fast solutions to the issues we faced. the cozy cabins had kitchenettes, which allowed us to cook meals. the ride to the hotel from the station was convenient and affordable at only 1500 yen.
Although the cabins were cute and quaint, the towels were not changed during our four-night stay.

Location was perfect for skiing, very close to the chairlifts and the rabbit hole had amazing food. The complementary shuttle bus was also very useful for getting around.
The drying room was very disorganized, with no racks or shelves allocated for each room, making it hard to keep track of our gear. , the housekeeping service was not up to par, with the apartment being poorly cleaned and not on time.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The team, including Kate and Seyon, was extremely helpful in recommending great places to eat and securing reservations for us. The hotel's shuttle service, provided by Nick, Dan, and Pete, was a huge convenience. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right at the base of a chairlift, allowing for easy access to the slopes. The rooms were modern and clean, and we were even upgraded to an apartment, which was spacious and well-equipped. The bar downstairs served amazing coffee and the breakfast felt just like home. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
This hotel is an absolute gem! We would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

The hotel is perfect for a family or group of friends. Its location is impeccable - being just a stone's throw from the slopes and surrounded by some of the region's best restaurants. the rooms are cozy and modern, offering a comfortable living and dining area for groups to enjoy. the staff are friendly, always willing to offer suggestions on things to do, and the breakfast is just like home. Plus, the coffee and food at the downstairs bar is great!
The room could do with better housekeeping, as some areas were not adequately cleaned between guests.
